The renovation of UMass Lowell Perry Hall consisted of a 4-story building approximately 60,000 SF of complete interior demolition (CMU, GWB Partitions, MEP, & Equipment Rental), Roof Removal, and exterior wall removal on the 4th floor. Structural shoring was installed to remove the (2) exterior windows. Unified also removed 2 stairways to create a new elevator shaft in one and a new stairway. In addition, many roof and floor openings were performed, and full abatement was included in the scope.
