Roberto Oliveira
Field Operations Supervisor l Scheduling
Roberto Oliveira has been a dedicated member of the Unified Construction Group team since day one. He began working with us as a laborer and progressed to the position of Demo Foreman through his dedication to his work, accuracy, and his ability to lead.
Roberto now joins us as Field Supervisor and coordinates with project managers, our labor force and our clients to orchestrate projects efficiently.
What is your focus at Unified?
I am in charge of all manpower scheduling for our 200+ person workforce. I ensure that each project is getting the manpower it needs for the scope we are performing and that we are staying on budget.
If you weren't in the construction industry, what would you be doing?
I would definitely be working with cars. I'd love to restore vintage cars and sell them.
How do you give back to your community?
Every year I host a car show and we choose a different charity to benefit. In the past we have held toy drives for local hospitals and food drives for local shelters.
Where can you be found on the weekends?
Almost every weekend, I attend car shows with my 2 year old son. He loves cars as much as I do!
What is your hidden talent?
It's not a hidden talent but I do have my brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I got into BJJ 8 years ago and have been training 3-4X a week ever since.
