Ricardo's journey with Unified Construction Group has been one marked by dedication, reliability, and unwavering commitment. With an impressive tenure within the company, Ricardo has been an integral part of our Final Cleaning Division.

Over the years, Ricardo's role within the Final Cleaning Division evolved, eventually earning him the well-deserved title of Foreman in which he demonstrated remarkable qualities that set him apart—reliability, trustworthiness, and an ability to lead his teams effectively. His teams under his supervision consistently achieved project completion on time and within budget- even when faced with unexpected challenges- showcasing Ricardo's managerial skills.

Recognizing Ricardo's exceptional work and leadership qualities, Unified was pleased to offer the opportunity for him to take over the role as Field Supervisor for the Final Cleaning Division. In this role, Ricardo ensures that all projects are executed with precision, each team is equipped with the materials they need and proper communication is ensured between Unified's project management teams as well as with our clients.
