Langham Hotel

Historical Renovation:

This extensive Langham Hotel refresh project included a complete transformation of all guest rooms, event space, and even exterior modifications to this 100 year old building.

Unified was contracted to complete the interior and exterior demolition and abatement on all seven guest room floors, lobbies, lounge areas, function spaces, indoor pool and awnings. All interior architectural elements and mechanical systems were removed and disposed of.

The exterior work called for involved saw cutting to remove existing canopies to create new lobby entrances.

Our Environmental Division performed a large abatement scope of hazardous material removal throughout guest rooms as well as lead paint remediation on the historic window panes originating from 1907, restoring them back to their original condition.
