Kelvelyn Dias
Field Operations Supervisor
Prior to joining the Unified team, Kelvelyn brought with him over 13 years of construction experience among different trades from plastering to carpentry, laying the groundwork for his diverse skill set.
Assigned to one of our largest projects to date, Baystate Hospital in Springfield, MA, Kelvelyn showcased his leaderships skills impressing both our Field Operations team as well as our client. His reliability and natural ability to lead was recognized and was promptly promoted to his current role as Field Operations Supervisor.
In this position, Kelvelyn plays a crucial role alongside the Field Operations team in overseeing ongoing projects, ensuring that each crew has the necessary materials, equipment, and direction to execute tasks efficiently. A skilled problem solver, Kelvelyn approaches each project with a keen eye for efficiency, always keeping project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and our client in mind. Kelvelyn finds it highly rewarding witnessing the progress of a project and, ultimately, delivering the finished product to satisfied clients.
What do you like to get up to on the weekends?
I have three amazing daughters so I spend a lot of time with them at parks, playgrounds and attending their soccer games and practices. I am a self professed adrenaline junkie so when I get some time to myself, I like to take my motorcycle for a spin.
What is your dream job?
My dream job would be being a member of S.W.A.T. team.
What is your favorite project you have worked on while working with Unified?
Baystate Hospital in Springfield, MA where I was a foreman for two years. It is one of Unified biggest projects to date which posed some unique challenges that were exciting to work around.
