With a background in compliance and a meticulous eye for detail, Kelly’s expertise in her role as Compliance Manager will further enhance our Safety & Risk Management Department.

Responsible to manage job permits, team asbestos certifications, state permits, manifests, and client closeout documentation. She oversees important safety initiatives, including lead awareness and regulatory compliance for team members working in lead environments. In addition, she monitors driving safety efforts across the company to ensure continued DOT compliance. She is also focused on finding new opportunities to expand team capabilities and improve internal processes. Kelly does so with exceptional organization skills that allows us to ensure we remain operating in compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols at every step of the process.

Strengthening our safety and compliance process, Kelly’s role will add an additional layer of safety protocol, helping to create a seamless project life cycle for our project managers and our clients.
