Jackie Lacommare
Field Operations Supervisor
Jackie has been a dedicated member of our workforce since 2015, beginning his career with us as a Laborer before getting promoted to Foreman in 2018. Over the years Jackie has shown strong understanding of the scope on each project he works on while exemplifying leadership and exceling in communicating with everyone involved in the project.
In his current role, Jackie oversees our field operations, focusing on our numerous projects being performed on night shifts, and brings a level of communication that allows for more seamless management of each project.
What is your favorite part about working in construction?
I enjoy building relationships with our team and clients, meeting new people and learning new things.
What is the best part about working with Unified?
I enjoy the perspective that that the demo trade brings to a construction project since, in the demo trade, we get to see the site in its original condition and have one of the first roles in transforming the space.
If you weren't working in the construction industry, what would you be doing?
I'm pretty good at golf so I'd consider being a golf professional to teach people the game.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?
The British Virgin Islands are my favorite places to travel to. Especially the island Jost, I'd love to go back there!
