Gary Reis is a seasoned professional with a 10+ year background in the construction industry. Gary entered the industry when a friend helped him secure a position with a large Dunkin Donuts franchise where he became part of a team responsible for the remodeling of the owner's 300 locations all over the area. In 2014, Gary took a step in his career, joined the union, transitioning into working at a demolition/abatement company where he gained his initial experience in this sector of work.  

In 2020, Gary joined the Unified Team and has grown with us into his current role as Field Operations Supervisor. Each day, Gary spends his mornings checking in our active job sites or participating in walk-throughs to look at upcoming work. His afternoons are spent preparing the field schedule and ensuring proper coordination. Gary finds satisfaction in working closely with his teammates and clients, considering the relationships he builds with them to be the most rewarding aspect of his job.
