Working concurrently on two levels at this building, Unified demo’d two very different spaces; a dining space and accompanying office suites.

 

The dining hall consisted of a commercial kitchen, servery, and dining area requiring removal and disposal of all equipment and furniture.

 

Demolition in the office suites consisted of removal of all furniture, finishes, equipment as well as the coordination of trades necessary to prepare for a fit out for future tenants.
