With more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Judah Branagan brings extensive field knowledge and operational leadership to Unified Construction Group. He began his career as a union laborer immediately after high school before advancing to foreman, superintendent, and eventually operations management. His hands-on experience at every level of construction has given him a well-rounded perspective on project execution, team leadership, and delivering successful results.

As Operations Manager at Unified, Judah oversees complex projects while serving as the connection between project managers and field operations. He coordinates scheduling, assists with estimating and budgeting, and leads preplanning and logistics efforts to help ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Judah enjoys the opportunity to work closely with both employees and clients, building strong relationships while supporting the success of every project.
