Renato Costa brings more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry to Unified, with a background spanning field operations, final cleaning, crew supervision, logistics, project coordination, and quality control. His extensive hands-on experience has given him a strong understanding of what it takes to lead teams, navigate challenges in the field, and deliver high-quality results under demanding project schedules.

As a Field Operations Supervisor within Unified’s Final Cleaning Division, Renato oversees day-to-day field operations while working closely with our crews and project superintendents. His leadership helps keep projects moving safely and efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality our clients expect.
