John Beardsley
Project Manager
With nearly a decade of construction industry experience, John Beardsley serves as a Project Manager Estimator at Unified Construction Group. A graduate of UMass Dartmouth with a degree in Finance, John began his career at Liberty Mutual, where he worked in environmental claims before transitioning into commercial construction. He then spent seven years with Bond Brothers, serving as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager, where he gained extensive experience managing complex construction projects from planning through completion.
In his role at Unified, John supports the estimating and project management teams by preparing estimates, overseeing project execution, and helping deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Accountability is a core value that drives John's work, and he takes pride in building a strong reputation through hard work, reliability, and being someone his team can always count on. He looks forward to continuing to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact as part of the Unified team.
If you did not work for Unified, what career would you choose instead?
I would be a landscaper.
What does your perfect weekend look like?
My perfect weekend is spent boating on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.
What's one fun fact people might not know about you?
I coached high school football for five years.
What's the most common picture in your camera roll?
My camera roll is mostly filled with photos of my dog, Lucy, who is a Yorkie.
If you could own any animal as a pet, what would it be?
I would own a harbor seal.
