Cesar De Castro

Beginning his construction career as a Union Laborer, Cesar has specialized in demolition for over 20 years and understands the ins and outs of all aspects of the demolition, general labor industry and everything that goes into executing a successful project.

Cesar is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of all field related activities including union laborers, union foreman, and all subcontractors. During his 9 years with Unified, Cesar has expertly coordinated our field operations which has allowed us to properly manage our extensive and growing work force.

As part of the Unified team since day one, Cesar has been a catalyst for the company's growth and has played a large role in solidifying our strong reputation in the New England Construction Industry. These days, Cesar oversees a field crew of almost 400 laborers and our accompanying Field Supervisors.
