This historical site restoration project was a meticulous endeavor aimed at preserving and revitalizing an iconic building with unique architectural elements.
A cleaning crew of 5-8 cleaners were engaged daily to tackle this final cleaning project which required intricate, detailed work to rejuvenate this historic space.
Working at 45 feet in the air to reach the towering ceilings and limited restrictions on aerial lift equipment, Unified came up with specialized techniques and used alternate equipment to ensure pristine cleaning of the detailed ceilings.
The space features a variety of flooring materials, each appropriately cleaned to specifications. From hardwood flooring to terrazzo and stone tile, each new or existing flooring type was cleaned or restored including the lower level carpet which underwent a comprehensive deep cleaning process to preserve its longevity.
Understanding the importance of preserving the craftsmanship of the stained glass and original statues were crucial to the project so extra care was taken in cleaning these features.
