The lab renovation at Amgen consisted of a complete demo of the 8th floor laboratory space at 300 Binney Street in Cambridge. The project consisted of a challenging demo scope working within a highly sophisticated lab environment including GWB ceilings and soffits, CMU partitions, epoxy floor grinding, and the torch cutting and removal of sterilizer equipment. Unified took advantage of their useful demo tools, including the use of a Brokk on the CMU partitions and Sherpas for debris handling.
