Working in The Seaport District, Unified completed an entire building renovation transforming a previous tenant space into new office space for a future tenant.
Throughout this multi- floor demolition project, all gypsum walls, flooring, base, acoustic and gypsum ceiling, millwork, doors and frames were removed and disposed. Unified was also responsible for disposing of HVAC, plumbing and lighting material.
The structural components of our scope included sawcutting and the demolition of elevator cab rails, allowing for upgrades to the elevator system. The interior stair case connecting the 2nd and 3rd floors were completely removed.
Working in the basement, Unified's team performed trenching in the slab to make way for upgraded mechanical systems.
