With multiple projects spanning over a cumulative 400,000 square feet, Unified work with our client to tackle a portfolio of individual projects of varying schedules and cleaning requirements. 

  • Multiple projects within the building spanning over 400,000 Square Feet

  • Project schedules varied from 4-6 weeks, depending on the size of each suite

​

  • Each space consisting of a combination of lab space, office space and common areas

​

  • Performed waxing of VST and SDT flooring throughout lab spaces and data rooms

​

  • Cleaning of intricate mechanical rooms that support lab functions
