With 12 years of experience in the construction industry and a background in architecture, Vicky brings extensive industry knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to Unified Construction Group. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping others make her a valuable addition to our operations team.
As an Operations Support Specialist, Vicky coordinates employee training, certifications, onboarding, and project documentation for our demolition, final cleaning, and environmental services divisions. She plays an important role in ensuring employees have the training, resources, and documentation they need to perform their work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Guided by a strong sense of responsibility, Vicky is passionate about helping others achieve their goals while creating processes that keep projects running smoothly. Her support behind the scenes helps strengthen our operations, enhance the employee experience, and ensure our teams are set up for success from day one.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy going for walks, dancing, and relaxing with a good TV show!
If you weren't doing your current job, what would you be doing instead?
I'd be a high school teacher. I have a passion for helping others learn and grow.
What's one fun fact people may not know about you?
I used to play soccer and still enjoy cheering on Portugal's national team.
What is your dream vacation?
I have always wanted to go to Hawaii!
