Joe's background in equipment management and construction operations has provided him with a strong foundation in organization, operational efficiency, and logistics. He began his career managing operations at Spring Pond Farm before joining American Steel Precast & Erectors, where he advanced to Lead Rigger and worked throughout New England on structural steel and precast concrete projects. These hands-on experiences prepared him for his leadership role in warehouse management.

Joe joined Unified Construction Group's Environmental Division in 2023, starting in the warehouse before being promoted to Warehouse Lead in 2024 and Warehouse Manager in 2026. Today, he oversees warehouse operations with a focus on maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient environment that supports field crews and project success. He is committed to continuously improving warehouse operations while supporting the continued growth of the Environmental Division.
